HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE AN ORDER?

Items are delivered according to your local post office’s schedule and procedures.

What happens if nobody is home?

Don’t worry, if your items are small enough, they will be left in your mailbox. Otherwise, your package will be left at your post office where you can pick it up.

I entered the wrong address, what should I do?

Don’t worry, if your order hasn’t been shipped yet, contact us immediately and we’ll be happy to update your information. Otherwise, and in accordance with our terms and conditions, once an order has been shipped from our warehouse, no changes can be made.

Is your website secure?

This website is 100% secure. In fact, one could even say it’s 300% secure. Here’s why: first, the website you are visiting is hosted on an HTTPS server (the small padlock on the left side of your browser address bar is there to remind you). Most websites only secure their “cart” and anything related to checkout. On this website, ALL PAGES are secured and cannot be hacked or targeted by malware. Finally, regarding payments, we use Stripe and PayPal, which are industry references for secure online transactions.

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, you can pay by credit/debit card or via PayPal on our website. We do not accept checks, bank transfers, or cash on delivery.

What if I’m not satisfied with my product?

We offer a 100% “satisfied or refunded” guarantee! If, for any reason, the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it and we will refund the full price of the item as soon as it reaches us. However, all returned products must be in perfect condition and return shipping costs must be paid by you. Proof of postage should then be sent to us by email as proof of shipment.
